I can fill my daughter’s stockings up quicker than my 3-year old can make a mess. When it comes to filling up my husband’s stocking, it can be a little difficult. I mean, what DO I put in his stocking? If you have a difficult time coming up with stocking stuffers for the men (husband, brother, son, father, etc.) in your life, here are some ideas. The best part? They are all under $10! Before I begin, I want to add an honorable mention. Personalized gifts can be a great stocking stuffer, whether they are custom keyrings, custom watches, or even custom socks. I was going to put custom socks on this list, but I decided against it since I wanted to have a price limit. If you are interested in custom made socks, you can visit this dutch site that offers socks that you can personalize with your photos (or sokken met foto if your dutch). I thought it was a nice little stocking stuffer idea that I couldn’t add to the list, but I wanted to mention it.

stanley-pocket-screwdriver

1. Stanley 4-in-1 Pocket Screwdriver.

This screwdriver is four screwdrivers in one, and can easily be kept in a tool box, vehicle, or desk drawer at work.

flashlights

2. LED Mini Aluminum Flashlight.

Flashlights are such a great and versatile stocking stuffer. I mean, who doesn’t need a flashlight?

3. Shaving Cream and/or Razors.

Pick up your husband’s favorite brand of razor and shaving cream. With coupons and sales, you can grab name brand razors and shaving cream for cheaper than the store brand. You can spend as much or as little as you want to! If you really wanted to impress your man, why not get him a vegan shaving brush to go with the razor and shaving cream?

fishing lure

4. Fishing Lures.

If you’re husband likes to fish, fishing lures are a great, inexpensive stocking stuffer. Of course, some fishing lures can be pretty costly. Just be sure to grab a couple individual ones which cost anywhere from $0.99 to $2.00 each.

5. DVD’s.

Hit up the $5.00 movie bins at Walmart for some of your man’s older favorite movies. If the movie bin stresses you out, try checking out the $5.00 movies online and choose free in store pick up. You can skip the crowd and the overwhelmed/stressed feeling and let a Walmart Employee dig the $5.00 movies out you want.

6. Gift Cards.

Does the man in your life have a particular store he likes to shop at? Grab him a gift card to his favorite store. It doesn’t have to be a huge amount either. A $5.00 to $10.00 gift card is fine, and he can either save them or add other Christmas money or gift cards with it. You can purchase e-gift cards and print it out, or purchase a gift card from the store to have the actual card. In my experience, it doesn’t really matter if it’s on a piece of paper or a card, it’s money to spend at his favorite store.

7. Favorite Candy/Snack.

Grab your man’s favorite candy and/or snacks to fill up his stocking. You can purchase the individual cups of Cheez-Its, Pringles, Cookies, and other snacks for around $1.00 at most stores. Grab his favorite chocolate/candy for just pennies (like these Hershey’s Bars here) to a little less than $1.00. If you don’t feel like looking through the entire store for the snacks, you can order them online and choose free in store pick up. I did this the other night and it saved me a lot of time looking through the store!

8. Batteries.

Batteries are always a good idea for men. They power flashlights and tools. Not to mention, my girls always go to my husband when the batteries in their toys go dead.

9. Survival Bracelet.

Have an outdoors man? Grab a survival bracelet, which is a bracelet with a compass, fire starter, and emergency whistle all in one. You can grab one for under $10.00 to around $20.00.

10. Ammo.

If your husband, dad or any man in your life like to hunt or are long distance shooters, pick up some ammo for his rifle. You can usually purchase a small box for less than $10.00.

When shopping for men’s stocking stuffers this Christmas, consider this list before heading to the store. Remember to be creative, and have fun shopping.
