*I read Target’s coupon policy (again) before I posted this deal. From what I read, the only time it is prohibited is when you are using a BOGO store or manufacture coupon. Other than that, I did not see where you could not use a coupon on the free item. Just check with your Target store to make sure. I know my local Target does allow couponers to use a coupon on the free item when it is a promotion like this.
