politics-off

The election is over, but social media is still buzzing about the election. No matter who you voted for, there are harsh words being slung both ways. It’s hurtful, and quite sad to read the anger between friends over who they voted for and who was elected.

I don’t know about you, but I for one am tired of seeing/reading about it. I am ready to start seeing pictures of cute kids, cat videos, and funny stories. If you’re ready for the cute stuff and ready to get rid of the politics, here is how to do that.

  1. Go here to download the “Remove all politics” Chrome Extension.
  2. Once it’s downloaded, click to add it to your Chrome browser.
  3. Choose “off” to turn the politics off on Facebook.

Keep in mind that this only works on your desktop or laptop. (I haven’t found a way to get it on my phone.) This extension does not read text on images, so you will probably still see some of the political memes.

Share with your friends so they can get relief from the social media wars over politics.

*Disclaimer: I don’t normally talk about politics because I believe that everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion. I do not voice who I voted for because that is not why you come here to read this blog. I just wanted to offer a helpful tip in case you are tired of seeing friends fight, hateful words, and just plain old meanness.

Tired of seeing politics and people attacking each other over Facebook? Get rid of it with this one easy trick!
